Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Orders are packed and leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–9 business days after that. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship worldwide. Delivery times outside the US can run a few days longer.

Returns

Try Moon Page for 30 nights. If it isn't for you, email us and we'll get you a return label.

Send it back in a condition we can resell — the projector, base, remote and cables, ideally in the original box — and we'll refund you once it arrives. Refunds land back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, email us with your order number and a photo if you have one and we'll reship or refund. Orders with Shipping Protection are covered against loss, theft and transit damage automatically.
